UAE Delivery

Orders within the United Arab Emirates are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time: Next business day (standard) or same-day delivery where available.

Delivery timelines begin once your order has been collected by our delivery partner and apply to business days only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Delivery (GCC Countries)

We currently offer shipping to select GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.

International orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on destination and courier service.

Shipping fees for international orders will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance procedures, local regulations, or courier delays in the destination country.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Nojessia is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Failed Delivery & Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address details, non-payment of customs charges, or failure to collect the parcel, return shipping fees, customs charges, and any associated costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of their order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to hello@nojessia.com within the 24-hour window. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to the courier, cancellation will no longer be possible.

If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation is permitted only before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Nojessia reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not comply with the above conditions.
