Refund, exchange & cancellation policy
We want you to feel confident with your Nojessia purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help and ensure a smooth and transparent process.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be completed, depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.
Sale items
Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are not eligible for a refund.
Sale items will not return or exchange , provided that:

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery (UAE orders)

Items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging
Regular-priced items (UAE orders)
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be free from perfume, scent, or damage

Be returned with original tags and packaging

Be accompanied by proof of purchase
A return handling fee of AED 25 will be deducted from approved refunds.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow for up to 14 days for the refund transfer to be completed., in addition to your bank’s processing time.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or an alternative method agreed with the customer.
Return shipping fees, along with any applicable duties or taxes, will be deducted from the credited amount.
If a shipment is held in customs for more than 14 days and returned to us, store credit will be issued after deducting return shipping charges and any associated fees.
Damaged or incorrect items
All Nojessia items are carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for UAE , subject to product availability.
Complimentary courier pickup is offered for exchange requests. As our collections are limited, size or style availability cannot be guaranteed. To avoid missing out, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and contacting us to arrange the exchange.
