Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident with your NOJESSIA purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to assist and ensure a clear and transparent process.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow up to 14 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.

All refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment and in the same currency used at checkout.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are not eligible for refund or exchange unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Regular-Priced Items (UAE Orders)

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn and unused

Be free from perfume, scent, or damage

Be returned with original tags and packaging

Be accompanied by proof of purchase

A return handling fee of AED 30  will be deducted from approved refunds.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days, subject to bank processing times.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another method agreed with the customer.

International Orders – No Return & No Refund Policy

All international orders are final sale.

Due to the nature of cross border shipping, customs regulations, and associated costs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any international purchases.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring correct sizing before placing an order

  • Providing accurate shipping details

  • Paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Nojessia is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs

  • Refused shipments

  • Additional charges applied by the destination country

If an international order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customer-related reasons, no refund or store credit will be issued.

By placing an international order, you agree to these terms.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

All items are carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for UAE orders, subject to product availability.

Complimentary courier pickup may be offered for approved exchange requests. As our collections are limited, size or style availability cannot be guaranteed.
