REGULAR-PRICED ITEMS

UAE ORDERS

• You may request a refund  within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Return requests made between 7 and 14 days from delivery are eligible for store credit only.

• Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after 14 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To help us process your return smoothly, please ensure that items are:

• Unworn and unused

• Free from perfume or scent

• Returned with original tags and packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

A return handling fee of AED 25 will be deducted from approved refunds.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
